TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking Ryedale Dog Field or Railway Dog Field you are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.
1.Liability – No responsibility will be taken by the land owner or management for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners’ risk. The land owner or management accept no responsibility for damage or accidents.
Any breakages or damage to the field must be paid for by the dog owner.
2.Booking Arrangements – Bookings may only be made through the website www.ryedaledogfield.co.uk
3.Payment – All payments must be made with the booking through Stripe.
The field can only be used if it has been booked & paid for.
4.Cancellation Policy – If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended. Refunds will not be issued however bookings may be amended.
5.Bookings – are non-transferable. The person who made the booking must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions.
6.Entering/Leaving the Field – It is the responsibility of those using the field to allow time at the end of their session to get their dog(s) on a lead and off the field before the next member is due.
The user must ensure the entrance gate is locked from the inside whilst they are in the field
Dogs must be out of the field and back in the car before the end of the session to allow time for the next dogs to enter at their allotted time. Or in the case of Railway Dog Field dogs must be back in the vehicle and the vehicle out of the field within the allotted time slot.
Dog(s) must be away from the field entrance until their time slot begins. Please keep dogs in the owner’s vehicle until the previous users have left the field and their dogs are back in their vehicle or well away from the field if on foot.
7.Code of Ethics – Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.
No sub letting of the field is allowed.
8.Maintenance – The hirer must bring their own poo bags and pick up all dog poo. A bin will be provided to dispose of your bags. Please do not put rubbish in the dog poo bin.
No litter is to be left in the field.
We will inspect the field and fencing regularly to maintain security but please notify us if you have any concerns – walks@ryedaledogfield.co.uk.
During winter the field may be muddy therefore waterproof boots and appropriate clothing is advised.
9.Parking –Parking is provided on the hard standing near Ryedale Dog Field and the hardstanding within Railway Dog Field.
Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk and the land owner or management accept no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred, accident or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
10.Children – Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
11.Data – We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared to any other parties.
Please take care when using Ryedale Dog Field, the ground maybe uneven in places.
